CUSTOMIZED OUR MAGIC BANDS?

(Disney Resort Guests only)

Magic Bands can be customized by color and the name inscribed on the inside.  Color choices are red, yellow, blue, green, pink, purple, orange & grey.  If no colors are chosen, everyone in the party will receive grey bands.  Your bands will be mailed 2 - 3 weeks prior to arrival.  If you do not receive them in that time, they will be waiting for you at your resort.

To save time when you arrive at your resort, check in online.  You will be able to confirm all your information, set up a PIN for additional charges, select your room request and more.

DOWNLOADED THE MY DISNEY EXPERIENCE APP?

This app will give you access to all your reservations on your My Disney Experience account.  You will be able to change dining and FastPass reservations, view current wait times for attractions, explore maps of the parks and so much more.

MY FLIGHT INFORMATION?

If you are flying into Orlando International Airport, notify your travel agent about your flight information ASAP.  Your agent will set up Disney's complementary Magical Express motorcoach to transport you and your luggage to your Disney Resort hotel.

IF I NEED A STROLLER OR MOBILITY SCOOTER RENTAL?

If you need a single or double stroller or a mobility scooter (ECV) during your vacation, your agent can reserve that for you and have it waiting at your resort upon your arrival.

IF I WANT MEMORY MAKER?

For only $169, you receive unlimited digital download of the pictures taken by photographers throughout the parks, select character meals and rides.  You can even download video clips of your family riding the 7 Dwarfs Mine Train & Tower of Terror!  These images and videos are immediately linked to your My Disney Experience account and are available to instantly share with friends & family or send to your favorite photo lab for print.  The $169 is the pre-purchase price.  If you purchase while on your vacation, it is $199.  

IF I NEED SPECIAL EVENT TICKETS?

Special event tickets are required for such things as Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, Disney After Hours and Disney Night of Joy.
