If you need help, let your agent know so they may assist you. Cancellations can be made up to 3 days prior to the cruise departure date, unless otherwise noted on a specific activity. After that time, all reservations are final and non-refundable.

have i told my agent . . .
MY FLIGHT INFORMATION & GROUND TRANSPORTATION?
If your agent did not book your flight and ground transportation, let them know your plans. Your agent can arrange transportation from the airport or Walt Disney World to the port of departure and have other recommendations if you have a large traveling party.
MY BEFORE & AFTER CRUISE PLANS?
Kingdom Concierge highly recommends planning at least a pre-night stay in the vicinity of your port of departure. You do not want to have a flight cancelled or delayed on the day you are to board the ship. Your agent can book many of the popular hotel chains at competitive and even better prices than online. What about transportation to and from the port? Your agent can also make those arrangements for you.
IF I WANT TO PRE-PAY MY GRATUITIES?
It is customary to give gratuities in recognition of exceptional service, which you’ll receive in abundance aboard the ship. Disney Cruise Line gives you the option to pay the suggested gratuity in advance no later than 3 days before your cruise begins. If you wish to change the amount of a gratuity or pay the gratuity in cash, you can do this at the Guest Services desk on your cruise ship.
IF I NEED A MOBILITY SCOOTER RENTAL?
If you need to a mobility scooter (ECV) during your vacation, your agent can reserve that for you.
